My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were modern in design and very comfortable, equipped with all the essentials needed for a relaxing night. However, the lack of food menus was a bit inconvenient. The service was a mix of unfriendly faces and welcoming smiles, creating a somewhat inconsistent experience. The location, while excellent for a peaceful getaway, required transportation for access to downtown. The dining experience offered an abundant and tasty selection, with European choices that pleasantly surprised me. Overall, a good stay with some room for improvement.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room was situated just the right distance from the pool, offering a lovely view despite the tall trees. It was reserved for two persons and overlooked the beautiful pool. The service was friendly, and to my delight, I discovered that dinner was included during my stay. While it would have been nice to have anti-mosquito repellent readily available, overall, the experience was good. The location, though needing better security and more lighting, was convenient, even though it was a bit far from the main lobby and parking area, especially with a toddler and baby. The dining was a bit disappointing, needing some improvement in the menu choices. However, the locally caught fish was a highlight, meeting expectations and leaving me satisfied. The facilities were satisfactory, and the hotel seemed to be under renovation in some areas.
